Today
I have been pretty wired up getting ready for a serious discussion with my exh for about a week now. He's been out of town. I have a lot of anxiety around the discussion, it has to do with the kids. I even called him this morning at work, and set up a time for us to sit down and talk tonight. Sure, he says.
Then, my sponsor called me. We chatted about my homework and then she asked what else was going on, so I shared with her the situation. And she offered me some advice on how to look at it from a totally different view..one that I NEVER thought of.
Well, its 11 at night, no exH in sight, I don't think he will be discussing anything with me today..ya think??
Normally, I'd be all po'd, upset, blah blah blah..but I'm not. Why? Cause I've been doing my homework, talking to my sponsor, working my program! Getting a sponsor is the best thing I've ever done!
