I'm on for my night ride but i need my pillow tonight bad. I'm in soo much pain. I don't know how long I'll be able to type either. My hand is getting that numb feeling in it, like it does sometimes.

The retreat was absolutely wonderful...Reconnected with woman i had not seen in over a year...IDiscovered and uncovered other truths about myself...[another layer of the onion unpeeled...] . it being up in the mountains I was another blessing...Wonderful prayer and meditaition time...even shared that time with another individual..Teh woman facilitating the retreat was from Ohio...lives a short distance from Dr. Bob's home...Delightful wonderful spirit was brought to the tretreat.
theme of the retreatr was Emotional Sobriety...Just what I needed to hear.

Hi guys, I'm on the bus for the rest of the day with my pillow again. I won't be on latter tonight like I usually am. My arm is still really hurting. Had a hard time sleeping last night with it. My Dr. doesn't like me on the computer no more then 1-2 a day. So i really should rest it tonight.

All- That sounded wonderful about your retreat. Sounds like something I would of liked.

I am on the bus...

Scardy...have you tried magnets? I have a lot of trouble with my hands and wear wrist bands with magnets under them..it helps...I also wear the braces at night..keeps me going a little longer during the day..
keep excercising them...Also i have had relief in the past by aternating heat and ice...Not to be left on any longer than 15 minutes at a time...
hope you get relief soon. prayers......and lots of hugs
