I am doing pretty good myself Barberella, 11 days sober and I have been getting some sleep, helped by my herbal tablets (valerian root etc), they dint work last night tho :irked: Dont forget to take your meds from now on or I am coming over to kick your ass! (even tho I might well lose the fight!) |
