Here's another Monday.....
 

fell off the wagon this weekend and feel like crap. I need to get to work but I can't seem to get myself to leave my home. I wish I could beat this demon. I'm having a hard time trying not to pick up that first drink. I hate myself today. I envy all of you who have stayed sober for so many months, years. I wish I were you right now. If I didn't feel so much like S_ _ T, I'd go to a meeting. But all I want to do is hide under a rock.

Remember how bad this feels next time you want to drink! You don't ever have to feel like this again. Get up, dust yourself off and get your a** to a meeting, call someone and pray. And. . .no matter what don't drink.

I'm going to a meeting today!!! You are right!! I want to remember the way I am feeling right now. This sucks!

You can be one of those with Months and years.
Just keep trying and dont give up.
You dont want to keep going through this crap cycle.
Just stay your course and you will never have to feel this way again.

I'm glad you have the awareness of how you're feeling and the desire to go to a meeting.

There's one thing that keeps me sober without fail, every day: Abstinance.

I never want to feel this way EVER!! I am better than this. How dare I drink when my father died of alcoholism when I was 12 years old. I swore to God that I would never drink and here I am just like him.

I wasn't ever gonna be like my mom either :) It's a disease, accept that fact and go get some help!

Now is the Perfect time to go to a meeting. We are all there for the same thing.
AA helps me stay stopped one day at a time. Let us know how it is! Get a temp sponsor too ;)

Yes, I have to admit that I have not gone to a meeting as of yet. NO excuse. But I promise, I'm going today and I'm getting a sponsor. I desperately need help.
