A first from me..Breaking news..ur the first to hear
I feel so much positive today..I've not had a drink, don't want one, I've not taken any tablets (except my anti-d's)....And I've had a milk and banana smoothie (I dislike milk and banana's but I was told its good to cleanse and detox with...) - so its DAY ONE...and I feel more determined...When tomorrow comes, I'm going to treat it like DAY ONE and not DAY TWO where I fail...
I had a meeting at work today, and hopefully if the doc, counsellor, and physciatrist agree I will be going back to work part time, with ssp when I'm not working and normal pay when I am, as they said it would increase my pay... Its going to be a gradual go back, so hopefully this time I don't fall on my butt again.
I guess some light shone down last nite and reached me...

and guess what..its 22:30 here...and I still feel ok...oh my...
Thank you for ur support....I'm going to head off to the shower room, then my last fag for today (hey 1 thing at a time..)....then me hitting the sack, prayin for tomorrow to be ok, and for at least 5 hours sleep...well a girl can dream can't she...

Remember, one day at a time.
Just don't drink for TODAY. Don't worry about tomorrow. Keep putting a drink off until tomorrow. By the time tomorrow gets here, it will be today and focus on that.
You see, tomorrow will always become today and today is all you have to focus on.
Just always give yourself 24 hours before making the decision to drink.
Every day sober you are building a sober history.
Remember, one day at a time.
