Its a good day ...

because

I am awake alive and all my problems are golden
I have not used today
I am not out of control today
I have compassion for myself and others
The whole day lays before me with all possibilities
Acceptance
Its always a good day, I just may not have realised it yet!

great post Keven. Today was a good day for me too. Worked outside all day, and never once thought about how a cold beer would be after. A thought that used to constantly torment me. I must have some help from some where.

its always a great start to the day when you wake up knowing where you are and knowing what you did the previous night. Makes the day so much more enjoyable.
