Hi Tyrant,
It's good to see you back!
Congratulations on your clean time and in getting off the suboxone. I don't personally have experience with this, but I know others will be along who do.l

tyrant -
I live next door to a recovering meth addict.
we have coffee (which we both call breakfast) every morning.
she was telling me that, with meth (maybe for other drugs as well) that on occasion for the first two years, she can expect the drug that is still stored in her body (internal organs, muscle tissue, etc) to 'release' from time to time.
for example - she was recently changed to another anti seizure drug. it caused some weight loss.
the weight loss more than likely caused a 'release' in her system.
she told me that is what her doctor told her.
anyway-
she was describing what you are describing - stomach 'thing' that felt like when she was using... we talked for quite a while before she could go to sleep.
it was amazing to watch.
I don't know if that will help until you can contact your own healthcare person.
she doesn't have these feelings very often at all any more, so having it come back like this kinda shook her up. I think (not sure) she's got 9 months.
