It is 04.45 in morning here and I am angry

Need to vent

I had a really bad day yesterday, and I have just had my ex next door neighbour trying to kick the door down to get in because he is p*ssed. It woke me up and I had to take meds to get to sleep. I am so P8ssed off

He then constantly phoned.

I have called police as am scared and apart from that it is not on. So here I am sitting typing when I should be sleeping, fed up angry cold tired and scared!!

Have switched phone off and unplugged house one

hey CW sorry to hear your struggling, don't pick up it will pass. we have to deal with lots of things that are not pleasant or easy in recovery, but if we stay clean/sober then we can get through it.

Sorry to post like that I know its frustrating sometimes reading posts when you can't actually do anything except be at the end of the pc. But thank you for being there.
I just didnt know what to do so after phoning police I posted...I did try to phone B/F but no reply but then if his house was hit by a bomb he wouldnt wake up...in fact I'm lucky if he wakes before 11am!!!! (oh to be him!!!)

Anyway have to say the police were great they came pretty much within 10 minutes of call. The door post is all split , not mine but the outside door into the block of flats. Thankfully he didnt get beyond that but it was pretty close to giving way. He just kept buzzing the intercom and phoning saying he wanted in and was gonna get in. For those of you who dont remember the 1st post similar to this. Last time he came round about 4 weeks ago he scared the sh*t out of me I let him in and he was really abusive and threatening and I was scared for me! So anyway thats why I called the police this time.

Anyway they asked if i wanted him charged with vandalism (for the door) and I said no (doh!!) but I gave them the address I have for him and they said they would go warn him! And get back to me today.

He goes on benders with the drink and thats when he becomes scary and does crack too so who knows what he was on. He probably fell out with G/F and she chucked him out coz he probably became physically abusive and he thought he'd get a bed here......

Not this time.....

Phoned my dad (how bad is that!!) who is going to come across and look at the door says he can put a metal strip down it to reinforce it.

Still waiting on the police to come round,

Well that was all very straightforward, they took statement, checked door, listened to messages on voicemail, and read the texts...they didnt see him last night but are away to pay him a visit asuming the address I have is correct and they will be in touch later today.

The door can be sorted on my insurance as I now have a crime reference number. And they can charge him with wiful vandalism. The police are now away to speak to other people in the block of flats.

Away to get some lunch now!

Feel a bit better.

Happy fathers day to all you dads out there. Its fathers day tomorrow 17th in the uk don't know about where you all are.

Thinking of you CW. I'm glad the scary part is over with. I guess the police will do their part now and follow through with all the legal junk. That guy needs a warning at very least... hopefully he'll be charged by the police so he'll get it! Can't be doing crap like that.

Glad you are doing ok now...love yourself first...CW...don't forget, you need to protect yourself too...you have that right.....
