I'm meant to be going out with a friend, whose hardcore on wizz and hash but i'm trying to get clean so I think i may just hide away and spend the weekend at SR. does anyone have a cushion and a blanket (ooohh and a good dvd to watch)

Hi, everyone=) I want to join in on the fun, too! Great idea crayola! I'll be going to my home group on Friday night, an NA meeting on Saturday night, and AA on Sunday. I'll check back here later!

Hello all,

First time. Will be my first sober weekend in a long while. I think I can make it. Sleep nights are getting sounder. Got really tired of waking up at 1-2am, anxious, scared, and cant sleep until the next nite of bingeing. Vicious cycle.

For anyone who may need it, heres my two cents worth of encouragement.

Almost forgot what sobriety felt like.......feels pretty good.

Count me in for a sober weekend!!! I'm on day 8, and I'm feeling really good. That can cause a problem, though: feeling so good, you wonder why alcohol was really ever such a problem, and maybe one would be okay?
Tomorrow will be rough, since I have nothing planned, but I will not drink! I'll go to the park, go to a meeting, read in my apartment.
