sadly i lost my mum to cancer last november - she had fought it for 10years but the end came so quickly - she took ill one day and died a week later. Me and my dad spent 4 days/nights with her just to make sure she passed peacefully which, thank god, she did. A truely horrible disease.
when i think about not being able to stop drinking i think about how she managed to fight her disease for so long with no complaints and i feel ashamed if i cant do the same
