30 hours is now 53

Hello Everyone- Thanks for the support and advice. Anyway, the worst symptoms have abated somewhat...still shaky with the bad stomach and heartburn and all that...no appetite yet. Slept a little last night, real fitful...woke up a lot. Having really vivid and frightening dreams. Went back to AA last night...12/12 mtg..saw some people from back when...I need to do things differently this time

Hi Rob,

Keep it up!!!!! It took me many tries for any length of sobriety.....I made adjustments each time(learn from mistakes) don't get to upset with your mistakes......I think i have finally found the right formula, and I hope you find it too..........Ned
