Too much for OP?

Well I finished my assesment today at OP.
And the counselor says considering my history and my medical issues that they think I should go somewhere else That is better suited for me.
Where she wants to send me is a half hour drive through the busiest part of the capital region here in NY. UGH. If I get caught in traffic will be at least an hour each way.
Boy..I didnt think I was that bad.
Oh well..I am still gonna give it a go and see whats up with it.
Went to the surgeon today too.
Says I am gonna feel like crap for the next 4 to 6 weeks because of the stress from surgery.
No wonder I havent been able to stay awake long these past few days.
He says it doesnt hit you for like 2 weeks. Its been 2 weeks.
So I have another 4 to 6 weeks of this crappy feeling to look forward to.
My wound is healing well. Apparently I severed two things inside. Cant remember what they were. But I have stitches on the inside too that I didnt know about.
SIGH...I feel good as far as recovery goes. Talked to my friend/ ex boss last night. EVerything sounds good for the job in July.
We are having my little cousin 5th bday party later.
Pizza and wings. Yummy.
Well just wanted to update yall.
Thanx all of you.

Hang in there. I had surgery when I was 24 for gallbladder and it took at least 6 weeks to feel better. Tiredness is normal. Take it easy and take good care of yourself. If you feel like sleeping, sleep. If you feel like eating, eat. The important thing is that you don't overdue. Don't try to be Superwoman. Take care and prayers for a complete recovery. Marle

Hang in there - keep knocking on doors and asking questions until you get the help that you need. Sorry you have a longer drive than planned, but I hope the people there are able to truly help. Hugs and prayers your way, Trish.
