Who ate my sandwich ?
So, I'm sitting here with a Rueben & a large fries. Eating, reading, posting......next thing I know, it's GONE. All of it !!!!
When I was drinking, eating was a chore. I'd bever finish anything and most of my calories came from booze.
Today, even at 140 lbs soaking wet, I can consume a 1200 calorie meal, and actually enjoy it, savor it. And want desert.
Sobriety Rocks.

140lbs??!! Man, I wanna be that thin again;-)
I had two cheeseburgers last night. OMG did they taste good. I'll be paying for that for the next two weeks. But yes, food tastes so much better in sobriety.

On buttered Rye Bread....
Layer well drained Sauerkraut
Slices of Corned Beef
Top with Swiss Cheese and Russian Dresing
Grill until cheese melts
Usually served with Dill Pickle Spears
and exra dressing.
You can use Turkey Breast
if you don't care for Corned Bee
I'll take a Cheddar Cheeseburger + Chocolate Shake please

I am now eating chocolate lol, 11 days ago I couldn't even keep water down nevermind eat anything ......sobering thought 
I never used to eat lunch when I was drinking.These days I am famished by 12pm.It's a must!

I am hungry ALL THE TIME now. Weird thing is, I weigh less than I have in oh, bout 10 years! I never had dinner when I was drinking...dinner was a bottle of wine and a few beers. Now, at 10 at night, I'm laying in bed wondering what there is in the house to snack on!
