I wrote this many moons ago, it doesn't make much sense and I apologise but at the time it helped me to get thru each day, take one day at a time, an hour at a time, a minute at a time..anything just to get thru.

We can't change the yesterdays, the terrible past
but we can live for the today's
we change the tomorrows.
we can leave the bas*ards behind in our thoughts
We will show them they can no longer control us
we will show them that were better then them
as we make a stand and show them were no longer scared
The scars will always be with us, but they proof that we survived.
we survived against all odds, we survived although they tried to destroy us.
We won't let the weak, sick, twisted fu*kers bring us to our knees
we will stand tall, and let them know we no longer care.
The past won't becoming with me into my future...
