chiy, i use online, f2f, reading, calling my sponsor, going to therapy, exercise....everything i can possibly do to help me beat this thing daily. once i admitted defeat and realized that i simply can't do this on my own, i've been grabbing and reaching out for help ever since. it's all there for you...just reach out.

I am so glad you have found some hope. You really have alot to offer other people, I can tell that from what you write..Sometimes I truly believe that we go through things in life so we can be of service to others having the same experience..The most horrible life changing experiences can be used to make the path smoother for others...luckily we never have to walk alone...
Thank god you are feeling more postive...thinking of you tonight and hope you will post here often . You are giving ME alot of strength right now..more than you know I am sure!!
