You can make it up to people that you've hurt by being all that you can be They have said to stay sober you have to change everything Just keep moving in the right direction I'm sure will be impressive.

The rehab song is amazingly done.Nothing comparable out now. But about you....I am too back to DAY ONE.It's ok.Only thing is i am tired of starting over.I am gonna make sure i never ever give up again.Look at Dee, we came here the first day, and he is doing so welll. BTB WE need to get it going and start counting some days! And remember to put the guilt away...it has to be dissolved so you can fight!

Take care!

Thanks for the responses. I know I just need to move on and that my actions aren't the center of everyone's world, but there are certain instances that have happened while drunk and recent ones which I can't seem to stop thinking about. This is very shameful for me, but I think once when I was drunk, I called the police about someone and it didn't even make any sense. I can't imagine what that person went through. I am so ashamed of this...I don't know how anyone could forgive such an event like this.

Well it is really important you forgive yourself to move on. I know it's hard, i was the master of over thinking, i used to come home and redo conversations on my mind. Now all i can tell you is that the guilt isn't your friend in sobriety! Let go, the past is done, but you are so young there is so much you can do. Sorry if it doesn't make sense, just saying how it feels on my life. I have so many demons and i am throwing them away as i speak. I saw that in my dreams, they are repetitive, always with the same people, i am letting go.!Do too. You are a good person, it's a disease! Stay strong! You are so worth it!

Rusty-you're right.Sorry-I tend to generalise sometimes. It would have been better for me to say 'many' of us do, perhaps? 'some' of us do?Okay-maybe it's just me? LOL

Anyway-I get it :-)

B2B-how are you today?
