feel like I have a hang over

Ok, I'm getting throughely annoyed, yesterday I woke up feeling like I had a hangover and lasted most of the day. Not so much the nasea or depression that came with a real one but just the fuzziness and head ache. Now it started again today about a hour ago. I've been sober for about 75 days or so and am just now experiancing this. Is this normal?

Anna

I know sometimes if I am working late and my coffee consumption increases I can wake up the following morning with some very "hung over like" symptoms.

I think it is a combination of fatigue and dehydration.

Strange you should mention that, I experienced the same kind of thing at round about the same length of sobriety. I couldn't understand it, I was thinking along the lines "hey...this isn't fair, I thought I was finished with hangovers!" Maybe it is connected with delayed withdrawal in some way, more likely something like dehydration or some kind of mild illness.

I get 'emotional hangovers' in sobriety - they are quite common - if you are going through something stressful or something that is occupying your mind, it's not unusual to wake up with that mental fog, and some mild physical symptoms. I've been sober a while and it still happens periodically.

go see the doctor, it may just be something u are allergic too, or a bit of anxiety. Rest your mind and have it checked out.

You r doing great 75 days, wow, thats amazing, go check out the headache. hope its all okay.

God bless

I had the same symptoms when I quit drinking, not after 75 days. Mine lasted about a week and a half or so.
