Been back to the doctors...she's referred me back to the pysicatrist and put me on a low doseage of anti-depressants (she didn't give me enough to harm myself seriously), she signed me off work for 2 weeks. She's given me some numbers to call and told me to make sure I go to AnE and speak to the pysciatrist on site if I can't control my thoughts..and samaritans number is stored in my mobile phone..now I need to remember what to do if I get really low...that's the hard part cause I never remember until I've done something
