good morning to all.....i just wanted to thank all of you for your posts and your quick replies to MINE....I don't go to any,"meetings"...been there,done that.....but,i DO come here everyday to read and to learn from all of you...It's been 44 days for me this time around...a record for me,personally...and,with the help and guidance from my therapist,my doctor,and from all of you,i feel very optomistic about my future...I,too,suffer from anxiety and depression,but i am finding that now,as a sober person,i am able to handle stressful situations better,and i don't suffer from really low LOWS anymore....i am on medication,which does help take the edge off...I feel so grateful to be back amongst,"the living" and to be able to see things more clearly...the,"fog" is lifting,for me,and i just want to thank all of you for your support and understanding.....just remember,it CAN be done....one day at a time,one hour,one minute at a time,whatever it takes,just DO it.

Yes, karrottop, that's how it worked for me too. I still get 'down' sometimes, but I now KNOW that I will continue to spiral downward, and that it will pass. And, it does. SR is my lifeline too.
