a non-complaining post..makes a change eh.
2nite for the first time in a long time I went back to Boxing, I was sick of everynite having the same routing, sit down..open can..drink can..smoke fag..next can..and so on....
last nite, was a wake up call I think (I turned evil again, my temper went beserk and I lost control..long old story)...It was massive wake up call, kick up the arse (am I allowed to say that?) wake up call (ok nite call, but u know what I mean?!)..and being told that I had fallen over on Saturday nite (which I don't remember, in fact I don't remember Saturday nite at all)
I haven't touched a drop of drink..woohooooo..tomorrow I will wake up no headache (I hope) - and if I do I'll erm...drink lots of water and ride the storm.
Thank you everyone for ur support and kind words...I feel so much calmer tonite, not gonna question it, gonna enjoy it.

It's so good to hear your positive attitude, lost! Just one day at a time, but try to plan a little for the difficult moments, too. They will pass once you have the tools to deal with them.

aw thank you for ur replies u ikkle angels...(no I really I am sober, drinking water as I type, eh..check me)...just high on erm probably too much water, and kicking the poo out of instructor...oooo boxing so has its advantages.
B2B..my temper is also much worse when I've been drinking but boxing can and will really help..I stopped going and the anger was building and building and exploded last nite, I need boxing in my life if i'm to survive...
Thank you once again..I should sleep, or something shouldn't I..oh I don't know...I don't want to sleep.

When I was introduced to Tequila early in my drinking career....
I went from a mild, mellow government worker with glasses
to a red mini dressed hellion almost overnite.
I called it "Takillya!" My girlfriends saved me from a lot of
fights....5'1" and ten feet tall!!!
Wish I had boxing then for an outlet!!!!
