Hi to all.

I just wanted to say Hi to everyone new and old. I'm sorry that I'm rubbish at replying I do read posts, but I don't feel I have anything useful to say...but I am thinking of you all and hope that you all can achieve ur wildest dreams..

Hello again, lost. It's nice to see that you're still posting.

One thing I was told in early sobriety: We never know what someone else needs to hear. What I feel isn't useful might be exactly what someone else needs for their recovery. So keep sharing, and be peaceful and gentle with yourself too.
