I find it scary and quite lonely too at tmes. Of course SR helps no end, I just feel sometimes that its such un unknown place for me, I don't know what t expect and want it all to quickly.....only to get disappointed.

Which makes me think I should go to a meeting tonight...

Went to a beginners meeting, it was really good. Got me back on track, I might even start sharing soon - been too scared to so far

Heard some really good stories, I honestly think that everyone could benefit from those meetings, not just Alcoholics.

They make you think about OTHER people and stop being so self-obsessed about everything and taking other people for granted. Very humbling.

Especially in today's day and age of materialistic rubbish. I went to a CA meeting once and left crying, feeling totally humbled by the honesty of the people I heard there.

Feeling warm and fuzzy and looking forward to another good nights sleep and no hangover......
