things are going much better than last fall
seemed to have a major stressor (my x) that isnt around now
although it seemed as though she wanted something more than friends/there was a chance to make amends and was going to be supportive and the like but.....no
she had contacted me and then bailed on several occasions and I even called her for a ride home from dtox but not even a call or email to see how things are going - as always you folks are much better !!
roomate has been really cool about the whole thing !! Christ Ive only known him 2-3 months and he is better than my whole family combined !!!
roomate says it should be the last nail in the coffin as do many others
something inside still says hold on....
starting to thing the vote is in and I should listen to the results
keep it coming - it takes me out of my head
some days are better than others....

ThinkI have hooked up w a good sponsor who knows my d-s of choice as well as I do
maybe this is a good sign
meeting w him today to go over some big book readings

One week is awesome :cheer!

One whole week. Terrific! It just keeps getting better. My sponsor has made all the difference in the world. She keeps me on track.

So hang in there and enjoy your weekend of meetings. I have never left an AA meeting that I didn't feel better and more enlightened than when I went in.

sometimes after a meeting or reading the various books I have major cravings
unfortunately my sponsor is only around during the day as he works nights
I worry about when I get back to working that my relationship w him will dwindle out like my last sponsor.....

Thank god for your roommate and WAY TO GO on a week!!! I've started over too. And sooooo glad I did!
