145? That's five pounds under my goal of 150 (or so). I weigh a whopping 200 lbs. now. I'm 5'10 and should weigh between 130 and 175 say the tables. My goal is 150. I remember weighing 125 as a teen and thinking my thighs were fat. Imagine.

LOL about the socks. I did that about a month ago -- threw out all of the "singles" that had accumulated over the years. I had a big sack of them. Never have found a matching one since, so no great loss.

I vow to do that too -- buy all identical socks for everyone, but then the 7 would wear the adult ones and the 14 would cram her foot into the tiny ones...

I am barely 5'3 1/2" I was 154 last year this time i dropped about 12 when I quit the put about 4 or 5 back over the winter.... if I don't drop back down I add 5 - 10 a year and then I'll never loose it...

our tornado sirens are going off and they are telling us to take cover
i am gonna wait a bit til it's a little closer....they are telling us to go right now, but it is not raining yet.
i am watching the radar constantly, have the bathtub ready and will get in it as soon as we need to (all of us crammed in a little bathtub, lol)
if i don't check back in, our power is off

Come to think of it, there is a wierd light outside here too. One side of my house is blue skies and the other is grey with an eerie kind of twilight-zone feel...Certainly not a tornado though!!

I'm in the midst of cleaning and for those pondering getting a hairy dog, here is the negative side. It's shedding time for my golden retriever. Now he sheds all year long, but this time of year, there are tumbleweeds of fur blowing around!! It's also muddy out back. At least one thousand times per day, the dogs go in and out and in and out and each time they come in and lay down and let me wipe their paws. That's a lot of mud, let me tell you. Thank heavens they are so sweet.

looks like we may be ok. we are gonna get the worst of the storm according to the radar/tv...baseball size hail, 60-70 mph winds, rain, BUT the rotation looks to be going just south of us
it has just started thundering and raining here
