Would like to introduce myself

Hello Sober Recovery People,
I'm 162 days clean and sober! It's the longest period of sobriety i've had in 25 years. I was on the methadone program for ever, my last dose was 18 months ago. I believe getting off after so long was an act of God. I continued to drink until five months ago, the alcohol had me truly beaten.
Surrendering was scary at first, but now I see it was the best thing in the world I could've done. So, Clean and Sober, I love it!
