it sounds like you really want this---soon you will be in a good place as soon as you get past the withdrawls--you will start to physically feel better and the mental part will follow--becareful tapering off yourself---i tried that and would ultimately end up getting more, just keep your dr. informed - if i would have done that i would have stayed out of jail!!!!
