someone just asked me how I am and I replied;

ok I think, but I am still Mr Angry, keep lashing out at folks and then having to apologise and work out what is going on.

I am also in the process of pushing at least three friends I have in recovery as there recovery is not what I want and I am confused am I pushing them away becase I need to for my recovery or is this the prelude to a bust either literally or in my head.

I dunno, what I do now is its Friday I get to go home early, not much to do today and I get to do some things I want to at the weekend. Mostly Recovery (NA) related.

So I dunno if I am ok or not.

So I guess I need a cuddle at least.

One of my problems is that I can become obsessive and compulsive over anything

Not sure about the cuddle thing that always gets me into trouble!

But since I have worked through step 8 I might be able to have just one cuddle
