hey..im on my second day of withdrawls from opiates..i feel like im not gonna make it..this is horrible. how long till i start to feel a little better.does anything help?

Sorry your feeling bad.
You CAN make it and it will pass. I don't know about opiates but someone here does.
Just hang in there.
If we can endure all the things we do that harm us.
We will make it through what is healing us.

Hang in there!! Keep posting on here for advice. just take it a little bit at a time and you will make it through the day. Try to keep your mind busy. Lay down and take a nap. Eat. Just DONT use, and all this will pass!!

happiness awaits my friend. i kicked a heroin/oxy/benzo habit cold turkey and when the sun starts to shine its the most beautiful thing you'll experience. hang in there...one minute at a time if you have to. your in the eye of the storm and remember without the bitter the sweet wouldnt be so sweet.

Maybe you should go to the ER or a doctor, they have things to make withdrawals less painful, and it is dangerous to quit without the supervision
of a doctor, best wishes, hope3
