Interesting topic.

My sex drive skyrockets when I'm sober vs. drunk, but I more willing to have sex with strangers when I'm drunk.

I just look at my past, I've had several ONS and every single one involved me being drunk.

So it's a weird combination for me, my sex drive is higher when I'm sober, but I'm more responsible too and don't sleep around.

Chalk up reason 10015 for alcohol being a bad idea for this guy.

To me there is sex and there is making love. When i was younger and yes i drank alot then also, sex consumed me as did the alcohol. They went hand in hand. However i was consumed with it even when i wasn't drinking so i can't blame the alcohol for my overactive desires. As the years have gone by and not until recently the consumption of alcohol has been wiped out, I find myself revolted at the idea of having sex with someone that i didn't love. I enjoy making love to my wife very much and am finding i enjoy it alot more when i am sober because my wife enjoys it more. She has never been any more than a social drinker :ie. drinks on New Years eve a little.
So to sum it up. I feel there is sex and there is making love. If you stay sober and find or have someone you are in love with you will definitely enjoy making love with them. I am 51 years young and look forward to many many years of a active lovemaking.
