Thats what recovery is for me. Its my life and it comes first each and every day.

If your new here or struggling, go back to base, dont pick up, take it one day at a time and surround yourself with people who are doing and thinking likewise.

Remember recovery requires a change of attitude and daily action.

Me too, Kevin. Every day for me there has to be a focus on and a balance of the physical, spiritual and emotional parts of my life. When I slack off, I feel miserable.
