No no no- dork- not henner- retton!! |
TamTam...I think Henner was on "Taxi"; Retton was the gymnast as I recall. |
Lol |
Fred, how many kids do you have? |
Fred, I teach Chemisry, I love to get my masters in that but i can't do it online... I would love to do research |
Henner came to mid first but i think Retton is it thanks guys |
Are you doing a crossword puzzle or something, NYC? OK- so much for 8:30- He is in his chair  He is one hurtin unit... I feel sooooooooooooo bad for him... ha! Fred, he left Tue for Biloxi, MS for a guys trip of drinking, golfing, drinking, gambling & drinking... |
I have two girls. 7 3/4 & 4 1/2. NYC, Chemistry, eh? We're about sustainability, environment and educating mid/high school teachers. It's not a traditional dept. Don't let the title fool ya. Basiclly I run the dept. while the Director creates more work and pisses off the faculty. |
FYI for those that don't already know....don't let 'Fred' fool you, I'm a mom, not a dad. Fred was a special name my dad (gone 2 years in Nov.) had for me. I only wish for some of your dh's......I didn't choose well at all. |
|
Fred, I lost my dad 2 yrs ago Aug. My daughter went thru a phase where she and her friend referred to everyone and everything as Fred... |
Ig's Pats are up 7-0 |
Tam, nah my daughter needs to do a paper on someone from the 80's or before and she wants to do it on a gymnast. |
Fred.. that sounds awesome... the department, not the fact that you do all the wor... isn't it always that way? |
You're a doll, Ayla...love her:) Tam...hope you held up better than I did losing your dad. He was 'George' to my 'Fred', but that wasn't his name at all. |

i wish i had used these brains to get an education......got my ged when i was pregnant with chase....got the highest score in ohio that year.....whoop de doo...... i want to be a graphic artist, or some kind of counsellor........how do i go about getting a degree online? i spend all my time on here anyway....might as well do something useful....... |
Always the way.....doesn't matter if they're your dh, boss, bro', or beloved pop, they still have that stupid 'y' chromosome! |
ayla, most universities have online classes nowadays - you prob. just need to call your local university - i'd call the continuing education office, and the program office of the program/degree you are interested in. (doesn;t have to be local but it would prob be easier as you could meet with an advisor and cheaper if its a state school) - they will let you take classes at your own pace and outline a program for you to get whatever degree you want. you can get an mba, anything online these days. |
Ayla, it is easier all the time to take classes on-line. Check out the schools in your vicinity; ones you can get to in person if you need to meet with a professor or something and see what they offer on-line. Just google graphic arts on-line degrees and then refine the search for your area maybe. There's no doubt in my mind you could be working on a degree online in a heartbeat if that's what you want. Think of the freedom it will give you. And in all seriousness my dear, congratulations on the highest score in Ohio. That is not small potatoes, not to mention that you bothered to get your GED at all. Well done! |
