Today, many people will be taking down their Christmas trees, but we try our best to keep ours from becoming a fire hazard until February 2. And this (below) will most definitely stay up until then....maybe all year round!
Peace & Love,
Sugah

Vermont and Montana are present...YEAH..!
Since we were already way up north in
the Dakotas i wanted to drive just a tad
further into Montana just to say we went
there....Sure enough we drove over the
state line to the first place we saw and got
a souvenier... I think we did the same
for Vermont....well we drove into
Vt and NH and the covered bridges
were what stood out the most.
Unusual.
Glad to meet you vtlady and nivosa.

Guess you could say I'm in a bit of state of confusion, as today is day 1--again.
However, I now have many places I have called home. I grew up in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, went to undergrad in Virginia, where I lived and worked for about 5 years after school. (I also spent a semester in London). Moved back to Pennsylvania for a year, then moved to Saitama, Japan (north of Tokyo), back to PA, and then to Honolulu, Hawaii for grad school. Then almost four years ago I moved to Shizuoka, Japan (where Mt. Fuji is), and finally last year I moved to Yokohama (south of Tokyo). I'm hoping this will be the last one as I now have tenure.
I've never been in the Army, but I think I have a feel for the moving aspect of the life.
Cheers
