Being aware you have a problem and reaching out for help are the huge first steps. I would begin educating myself by reading the posts and paying particular attention to the stickies at the tops of each of the forums. There is a forum here for just about anything. Read up and ask questions and tell us more about yourself and what has led you to this point in your life.
