Ayla,

Good to see you are back in business. Day three is three days past day zero. Good for you. Have you noticed any change between this day 3 and day 3 last time? Harder? Easier? Sending you much strength to keep going. I know you can and I know you will.

Hugs,
C

I'm glad you posted to all of SR so everyone can give you a boost back on track. You're doing great stopping and coming clean (literally and figuratively) to yourself and to your support network. Keep it up, girlfriend!

Welcome back...

Hey, you had a slip and now your back on your feet...

It could happen to any of us...

One day at a time.

you're doing great. one of the most important parts of this is honesty, and by coming here and admitting what happened, well, ya got it, babe.
i am so glad to see you, and love your posts.
and, this is just my opinion, but NOONE can get and stay sober alone. we all need each other.
hugs

Hey there. Hope things are going better for you. I'm new to this forum. I have posted on healthboards.com since quitting my pill problem. What part of ohio? I'm in columbus and went through the program here-talbot hall. If things get bad for you, please look into it. I can answer any questions that you may have.

Your doing great Ayla. Sorry your not feeling great. Remember, these symptoms will go away soon. Go do something nice for yourself. A hot bath, a few moments of meditation, journaling, go to the mirror and do funny faces.. whathever.. just do a little something nice for yourself k because you deserve it. Hang in there and one day at a time.
A big hug to you..
Joanne

tim, i lived on ohio state campus most of my life...(patterson ave, summit st. maynard ave.,
chittinden (up by the tracks...talk about the ghetto!)i miss columbus, but most of my family lives there and i get up there a couple of times a month...and a friend of mine's brother was in talbot hall just a couple of weeks ago...thanks for your concern, i'm doing ok, actually i think i may have had a stomach flu that spread through my whole family...on top of my wd's and cravings it was no fun! i'm still weak, but i'm keeping food down today...

thank you, my friends for being here for me!!!

Having recently slipped and reported myself on here, I have found the same thing. I am glad to hear you are back on track and working through the issues.

I know what has really helped me is to look at why I slipped up. I was choosing to do it, just not consciously. I am now more aware and will not fall into that again. Here is looking at this 24!

Peace, Levi
