wife to an alcoholic
Hi everyone, I am new, and wanted to introduce myself. I am married to an alcoholic, and I am looking for ways to cope, and heal myself. I have spent too much time focusing on him and his behavior, and I'm ashamed to say I have been acting almost as crazy as him the last couple of years.
We have two small children, and both have alcoholism in our families, and I do not want our children to go through what we went through.
My life is a mess. I am a mess. But I need to pull it together for my kids, and give them a better life. Thanks for reading.
