Welcome Bozie, We all started with day one. I don't drink and go to AA meetings as a start. I find S/R helpfull also. I take one day at a time. Hang in there. |

Hey Bozie.... Im glad that you updated your name. You are not a loser. Relapses happen but try to make it your last one. Keep sharing with us.... it will keep you sane. It might be hard for you to cut connections with your friends that are still using.... that has been really hard for me. But new friends will come.... and after about a month (for me it was a week) you will see who your true friends are, I sure found out. stay strong! |
