Have to face it sometime
It is Tuesday night right now, and I don't consider myself to have been sober for a day yet. So I will begin my count at midnight, when it is Wednesday, November 14, 2006.
My whole problem started about a year ago when I tried recreational doses (300Mg or usually more) of Benadryl for the hallucinations, out of body experiences, etc.
After that, I started doing it weekly, and soon it became almost daily.
I have decided that now it is time to quit. I've tried before, but I'd get a craving and go running right back.
Not anymore. I'm serious now, and I am determined to beat this.
I wish everyone the best of luck, and I also wish myself the best of luck. I see a hard journey ahead of me.
After being out of it for almost a year, it'll be hard to face complete reality 24/7. But it needs to be done.
