Right now as I type I feel great. I feel too good. I feel a little bit of anxiety, but not bad anxiety or panicky-anxiety. Kind of the anxiety I had before going to a party, the type of anxiety you feel when something you really want is going to happen.

Any thoughts?

I think when someone has been "freed" from a substance, there is a huge sense of relief. The body is healing, you have more energy, not hung over.... seems to make sense to me!!! Glad you are feeling great!

I'm guessing it's the Joy of Being Sober... but wow, it took so long to get it. Almost a year. OR possibly I just needed the meds I'm on to feel much better. Prozac.

I hope you stay on track, it takes time but you'll be there in no time. It took me almost a year to be where I am right now. If you feel like sh*t all the time talk to a doctor about anti-depressants/anti-anxiety meds. I'm taking Prozac and it has changed my life completely.
