Tom,
I'm so glad to hear that you are learning so much. It makes it so worthwhile for you to be there. Sometimes I wish I could just pick up and go to rehab, but as the single mum of three (or should I say divorced mum of three?) with no backup, I can't. I think you're fortunate to have this opportunity and I'm soooo glad you're getting as much as you can out of it.

I hope it gets easier for you to express your emotional self. If you can, try to relax. It's OK to be honest. You won't sound stupid. The people there aren't there to judge or hurt you more, they're there to help in any way they can. Sometimes it helps you heal if you can just get it out.

Well yesterday I watch a movie. It was called "Bill W" It was tthe story on how AA got started. I really understand now how AA works. I cried at the end of the the movie. They were tears of Joy. That I understand other people now in recovery. I was truly blessed that God brought me to this movie, and also blessed that Bill W. made this possible and made it work for other people. I truely know with AA I will be save from my Addiction if I keep going back.

im not sure how inspirational this is but how about "Master of Puppets" by Metallica, one of my favorite bands. great song to jam:uzi2: to but very dark and talks about the horrors of drug addiction.
