Where do I begin
 

Hello all,
Not sure where to begin... just another poor sap with a drinking problem. for years I was a every other day beer drinker, but about a year ago I started adding vodka to the scene and it turned to a nightly habit.

I tried several times in the past year to quit and suceeded several a few times for up to a weeks duration, but then ya think all is going well and then BAM! Right back at the bottle....

Well here I go again, its been two days, starting to feel good (not too many withdrawal problems), just need that support to help stay away...

After finding this forum, I see lots of good advise and great success stories, I hope all this helps!!
