I'm on day 5 here... doing better than I thought... I'm LOVING the newfound energy! Instead of sitting around in a fog most of the day I'm actually awake, alert, and active again. Every time my mind wanders to alcohol I come log in and read to remind myself that drink isn't worth it.
Happy New Year! I think 2007 is looking super and sober!

We are always on a sober cruise here...

I saw that also. I read on one thread that she's a she, 72 years old. Sometimes I feel 72, but not this morning...
I feel wonderful, even if it is my first day back at work since last year...
Any morning I wake up sober without a "big head", I feel GREAT...

thats what we do here, try to un-blow it...
meblonde, no more flat tires, and no fix a flat in a can... for others and me,we do it the one day at a time way...

The wheels are turning! day 2 behind me and I am sleeping like a baby. No more waking up with a knot in my stomach and no more waking up before the alarm.. I actually woke up to an alarm clock for the first time in a LONG time. Yep, the wheels are rolling, there is nice music playing, the sun is shinning, there is peace in my heart, and I LIKE THE RIDE!!
