Thanks everyone for the support.
Yeah, I think I know what to do and I'm doing it today as best I can. That I can say honestly. I have no vialble alternative, I'm gonna die if I don't and believe it or not, I do want to live. I should be getting together with my sponsor tomorrow to start my step work so I'm really looking forward to that.
However, my sleep is still really fubared and I'm feeling really really depressed today but as they say, this too shall pass...God I really want a ciggy right now (quit those 3 weeks ago).
