Well I screwed up today and used. I was craving so badly for a week now. I am making a promise to myself right now. I promise to visit here every day, I promise to talk when I'm craving and I promise myself I'll be okay.

Because here is where I feel so much better and it works for me. It's time I grow up and do this once and for all.

That is probably one of the best things you can do, is reach out when those cravings hit. It's tough and sometimes we wanna feel like we can do it on our own. BUT........ we are here; use us.

I dont know if you are involved in AA or NA, but I know the first meeting that I went to i got a bunch of phone #'s. They are there for you too.

Way to go for "coming clean" with us. That takes courage too. Get back up, dust off and roll on.

You're doing the right thing! Whenever you get any cravings...reach out to those that understand it and will talk to you. We're all here for ya.
