hi..
another lunch time diet coke down the pub....and no-one even queried my choice of beverage...shock horror... today I shall be joining you fine people in not quitting today.

I'm not quitting today either!

All my fellow dont quitters! Lets do like Wingsfree says; and join hands and take that mental walk along the beach.

Lets keep taking it "one day at a time" and stay on the bus.

To an Amazing beach with the dark skies n bright stars, swimming in warm water...!

Far better than thats for sure.

Not quitting! Having too much fun with my kids in these last waning days of summer.

Nope! Not quitting today either!!

That always works for me too Vic; to get out of myself and get into helping someone else in their soberity. It helps me to stay sober too.

Lets all stay on the bus and help each other for one more day!

lost a huge stack of cash gambling today..absolutely gutted... had to tell the wife.. going to GA tonight.....sigh............. but I'm still not quitting.. well im not having a beer or a joint or a line..
actually maybe I should reset my counter to 0.. having a first "bet" has become as dangerous and intoxicating as the usual suspects..
