Been really busy here and not very serene, so I took a little time out!! Just what I needed for a little bit of my sanity to return. I can't change people, but I can change, and take care of me!!
Asking my HP to guide me in my thoughts, words, and actions today. And also to help keep me sober another 24 hours!! What a blessing that is!! Don't ever take one day sober for granted. Each one is a miracle!!

No quitting today!
I can relate regarding lack of sleep. I had trouble sleeping last night too. I'm really tired today. Even when I fall asleep, I wake up all night.
It sounds like we are in the same boat!

I wanted a beer so badly Saturday night when I went out with my friends. I was honest with my feelings and I didn't cave. I had some Red Bull instead.
I'm wanting a beer (or 6) right now because I can't sleep. It's driving me crazy.
I won't do it though -- I'm not going to quit. I'm not going to do it. I deserve my sobriety. I deserve to be happy. We all do.

chitz, had to take a 1/2 a klonipen the other day... the slipppers out of control, a real Jack Ass, the ultimate Ass Hat ... lol!
cops, car inpound, count'n pennys, smashed el caro, rehabs, detox's ... and plenty more... what will it take? Ouchie-Wow-Wow!
