How exciting!!!

I’m doing well considering the extreme heat and humidity we’re still dealing with in South Florida. I can’t wait to move. Other than morning walks I’ve been hiding inside reading books since Sunday.

ff, have you always had hyponatremia? A doctor tried me on Celexa once and it caused me to get it and I still have to be careful to not drink too much during the day.

How high does your level need to be before they’ll let you go home? Was at the hospital for a panic attack and I had to be over 125 before they’d let me leave

My sodium levels are generally normal but when I get agitated I can drink gallons of water very fast as a coping mechanism and my sodium levels get dangerously low. I guess they want them normal so 135.

Ive just seen my psychiatrist and he put me on one-on-one so I don't secretly drink from the bathroom sink or whatever.

RAL that's a great sign!

Ohhhh I see.

They wanted me to hit 130 but you can only pump so much saline+ in me and keep me from getting out of the hospital bed for so long before I’m ready to leave. They tagged me as a fall risk once they saw my sodium was 121. Being stuck in a hospital bed where a super loud alarm went off every time you shifted your body weight? Not good for my health AND I went in with a panic attack due to anxiety. Mental health?

I drink a lot of water during the day due to the anticholinergic of Benadryl for allergies.

And I agree with you RAL received an excellent sign! x

RAL, I hope you enjoy Istanbul. It sounds exciting.

Peke, yes, it is getting dark earlier and earlier. Enjoy your last ride.

Citrus, I'm glad you're feeling a bit better today.

So am I being unreasonable about the smart recovery t shirt. The chap wearing said shirt was sat across aisle from me. And you cant help noticing. He drank 2 bottles of red wine and 1 white. Jeez. Ok I'm nosey. I was pretty annoyed disappointed at.

I know not everyones doc is alcohol and
At smart meetings they say dint drink smoke or eat as everyone has different addictions which something someone does innocently can trigger someone else. Such as eating. Very sensible.

Maybe the guys addiction is drugs or smoking not alcohol but I think its bloody irresponsible to wear a smart recovery t shirt and chug wine.

I knowi need to stay on my own path and what others do is not my concern or my business. But jeez.

Rant over
