Day 1

Hey everyone. It's finally time for me to get sober.

Every time I drink, I drink to excess. Once I start I just can't stop and it is ruining my health and life.

So today is day 1.

Congrats on day 1 Ove.

Day 2 here. Hoping for a Sober October.

Just back from a 3km walk and had a very light breakfast, so day's off to a good start. Maybe I can finally shed some weight this month.

im in for sober october x starting my sober 3months as what my psychiatrist told me i had to do.

Hey everyone
Day 1 for me again too, ugh.
I gotta get this month sober. My plan is to post here two times a day at least, once in the morning to state an intention to stay sober that day and then before bed to say I made it.

I will stay sober today

end of day 1

Day 1 is winding down. I have made it through the witching hour. I stayed busy all day. Was productive. Had a great breakfast and a great supper. Life is good. I look forward to chatting with all of you.
