xx I do have a Peloton session planned and also a new book on my Kindle as well. I also have a new audio book I downloaded to listen to on my drive home to distract myself (a book about stopping negative self-talk…which I really need help with).

Sounds to me like you have this covered, dear BD. The only other thing I might add is a snack in the afternoon, so you are not too hungry or HANGRY on the way home from work.

Sam I'm doing an ou course. Distance learning. History and religion.
Today is my birthday. At work I was quite stressest and thoughts of drinking occurred for tonight. But I didnt. Had cake and now reading xx

Yes had lovely day thanks. Got a mini coffee machine for my caravan as I look very silly taking the one from home to the van every time I go. Delighted Will go for a a day later this week and drink yummy coffee and read new books
