Sm, the trail hike sounds amazing!
The bike race is over. (Actually it’s still going on! But I’m finally finished for the day). It was an amazing turnout. So many nice ppl. This one guy marked his course incorrectly. For that reason I had to stand out on a corner and shout to the riders to take a different turn. (And not all riders were on his route, some of the routes overlap). But all in all it was a wonderful event.
People were so appreciative of us volunteers. They were so nice!
My AV is calling to me. “ Hey you’ve got nothing on the schedule tomorrow. And it’s Saturday night!”. But I drove straight home. Didn’t stop. I’m going to wash one of my dogs, and pick some blackberries. I’ll get up early and run. A few of my friends are at Ragnar in OR. It’s a crazy intense relay race that goes day and night. I want to keep up my running.

I am struggling not with drinking but just plain old life. Loony Toon landlord had a notice to quit for me today delivered. Sink and disposal clogged and water drained out the dishwasher. She honestly thinks my renters insurance any I am responsible for the repair. On the 2 nd page of notice typed up with no contractor estimate or signature she wants the sub floor repaired and basement ceiling and now there is mold. There wasn’t that damn much water in the dishwasher! I want to scream. I am waiting for ERAP approval hopefully and cannot afford to move until then. Crap hits the fan all at once! I will not drink over it!

Valentine, I’m so sorry to hear this! I can imagine how frustrating this must be!! There couldn’t have been that much water in the dishwasher to account for all of this. I’m so sorry. I’m proud of you for not drinking!

I'm not an expert on rental contracts in other countries but it does sound like your LL is trying it on, Imvalentine.
I hope you can get it sorted - and yay go you for not drinking - thats great!

Hello All- joining in on the class of august 2022!
Today is day 13 sober and I’m feeling great! After knowing I needed to make a change for a long time, I finally decided to take that first real step and so 8/8/22 was day 1! I hope the rest of the august 22 class is doing well this weekend.
