Acupuncture this morning, then next week I head out of town for a 2 week dog sitting opportunity
Not sure how much of a "vacation" it'll be because I'm sure to have my hands full, but it should be fun!

Hi guys. Glad to see everyone doing mostly okay. Hope the depression/anxiety thing improves PJ.
I’m in Austin this weekend - staying at an AirBnB, that is an apartment. It’s comfortable and clean, but it’s noisy, so very little sleep last night. I will try and not let that make me too cranky today 🙂

I hope you get restful sleep MITA.
A change of med.Basically slow titration of the antidepressant that made everything much worse. It was horrible. Then once back to 'normal' depression/anxiety state, which is horrible. Then over weeks and weeks, change dosage of original a/d. I won't go on about it....excepting on top of all this, comes the inner critical voice telling me I am a failure.
ugh.

Got home last night - flight was fine. A short time after getting back home I started feeling a little dizzy, and I’m still feeling that way. I’ve had some issues with vertigo in the past but it’s been a long time since I’ve had any symptoms. I’ll up my hydration today and see if that helps.

I seem to be doing better this morning - happy about that.
Summer season is coming up, with the usual summer events that include plenty of drinking. I did pretty good last summer, so hoping a similar strategy works this year - that's mostly avoiding the big parties and hanging with more sober people (I don't know that many!!).
DD is getting ready to have Grandbaby MITA #2 and DS/DDIL are expecting their first kid towards the end of the year, so Grandbaby MITA #3!!!!
